Marcus Shenn
Marcus Shenn grew up in various places in Asia and North America and currently spends his time between Paris and Hong Kong. He received an MBA from the INSEAD school of business and furthered his studied at the International Academy of Film and Television and the American Film Institute. Having made films in Hong Kong and Los Angeles, Marcus aims to further his experience by making movies of different genres. For inspiration he likes to speak with and understand people from all walks of life. Currently, he is working on developing a script for a feature length project.
Matthew Marder
Matthew (Matt) Marder grew up in rural Pennsylvania, always wanting to become a director and writer. His imagination flourished in the forests and farms of PA. After receiving his undergrad degree in English and Film from Princeton University with minors in Classics and Creative Writing, Matthew attended American Film Institute (AFI) where he earned an MFA in Screenwriting. Since then, Matthew has traveled the world and received scholarships and grants to write. In L.A., he’s been directing and writing his own movies while producing other films under his company, 91 Redrams Productions.
The Actors
Phil Kruse
Phil Kruse is an Actor/Musician based in Los Angeles, CA. He holds a BA in Theatre from SDSU, and an MFA from the University of Washington. His favorite roles in the theatre include Nickolas Beckett in What the Butler Saw, and Albert Einstein in Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Kruse has now been working in Film and Television, and has appeared in various shows including The New Normal, 90210, and most recently Lucifer.
Nika Burnett
Nika Burnett is an actor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. With her degree in Philosophy and life long training as an athlete, she brings a fresh set of experiences to the table. The bilingual Italian-American feature film she wrote, directed, and starred in called BRINDISI can be seen on Amazon Prime.
BZ Cullins
BZ Cullins is a LA based voice talent/actor. With nearly 20 years in the field, he has voiced campaigns for McDonald's Citgo, PBS, Nickelodeon, Redbull, NFL Network, The NBA, ESPN and the Brooklyn Nets. In recent years, he transitioned to Film and TV, booking his first feature filmn. He recently added the roles of writer, director and producer to his resume, releasing a Green Lantern fan film and booking a role in a Batman Web Series. BZ also coaches voice over demos
Cinematography and Music
Kai K. Krause
Kai grew up on his father’s commercial sets, which made him decide his career path at the age of 8. Just a few years later, he enrolled at the prestigious Idyllwild Arts Academy where he obtained a diploma in cinematography. Shortly after graduating from IAA, he moved to London, UK to attend the Metropolitan Film School at Ealing Studios, from which he received a BA with first class honors in film and digital cinematography. Kai’s work became more diverse, ranging from music videos to narrative content and various commercials that played in festivals worldwide. Kai moved to California in 2013 to get his MFA in cinematography from the AFI Conservatory as the youngest student in AFI’s history. He graduated top of his class and went on to work as a freelance cinematographer in Los Angeles, CA. His film "Unremarkable" was lauded at festivals across the globe and Kai’s work was recognized with an ASC Award nomination for best cinematography.
Filippo Fabbri
Composer, performer, researcher, Filippo Fabbri creates the sound universe of films, theatre plays, contemporary art installations and performances. Born in 1980 in Rome, Italy, he leads a double life as musician and scientist. He holds a bachelor in Computer Engineering, a PhD in Applied Physics and a PhD in Systems Engineering, as well as diplomas in piano, musical composition and orchestration. Associate professor at University Paris-Saclay since 2010, he carries out his research in the fields of nanosciences, sound-art and immersive technologies. His interests include intelligent nanomaterials, synaesthetic interaction, adaptive acoustics, spatialization, object-based audio, sonification, augmented reality, art-science and musical composition.
